The Ceres category page is for any and all information relating to the cnearest dwarf planet, and the only one in the Asteroid Belt. Ceres is imporant to study, for it may one day be the main transport hub for future asteroid mining infrastructure. The DAWN mission is currently orbiting Vesta and will head off for Ceres, reaching it in July 2015. Examining this as a potential source for economic and scientific value will be imporant for future space travel and discorveries.
