Space X is a private company dedicated to manufacturing rockets for both cargo and astronauts. Upon termination of the shuttle program, NASA is now paying Russia to launch its astronauts to the International Space Station. Space X wants to change that, by selling its services to NASA and eventually, send private citizens up in Earth orbit and beyond.
